Steve Maricelli, Project Manager
As one of Demar's founders, Mr. Maricelli is the Vice President/COO of Demar, Ltd., as well as the Manager of Demar Constructors. He utilizes his 25 years of experience in design, construction, and project management to oversee the construction division while implementing relevant and practical corporate policies and procedures relating to the staff, business development, operations and safety of the company. In addition to supervising, Mr. Maricelli still plays an active role in estimating, project management, scheduling, and procurement in all projects for Demar Constructors.

Richard W. Ryan, Estimator/Project Manager
Mr. Ryan has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry involving light and heavy commercial, multi-family, industrial, and residential projects. His all-encompassing project involvement has included conceptual design, permitting, subcontract work, general construction field supervision, estimating, purchasing and expediting, project inspections, scheduling, sales, property management, leasing strategy, and advertising.

W. Michael Schuster, Estimator/Project Manager
Mr. Schuster has almost 20 years of project management and architectural experience in commercial and industrial projects across a broad spectrum of the construction industry. His involvement includes conceptual design, design development, estimating, purchasing and expediting, subcontract negotiations and administration, and site representation for building projects.

Frank Bunch, Jr., Estimator/Project Manager
Mr. Bunch is an effective team leader who knows how to fit all the pieces of a construction project into a cost effective package. From over 35 years of listening to Owners and their needs, Frank has become skilled at translating conceptual thoughts into practical yet attractive approaches in building construction. From clear span, pre-engineered buildings to textured tilt-wall structures, from maximizing use of interior spaces to explaning the intricacies of a good standing seam roof, Frank knows the details and how to achieve excellent value for the client's budget. These communication skills coupled with his attention to details provide a high level of comfort and trust for clients.

Richard Hart, Sales Manager/Safety Director
Having over 35 years combined experience in management, sales, marketing and safety in the engineering & construction, chemical & refining, industrial fabrication and distribution industries, Mr. Hart brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and training to the position of Sales Manager/Safety Director for Demar, Ltd.. Under his guidance Demar, Ltd. has achieved recognition as an ABC Platinum level S.T.E.P. award winner and a recipient of the ABC National Merit Safety Award. Mr. Hart's goal is to be pro-active in assuring that all Demar, Ltd. personnel and associated sub-contractors adhere to all OSHA, Demar, client safety rules and regulations.
