Being
one of Demar's founders, Mr. Knoop serves as both President
and CEO of Demar, Ltd., and as manager of the engineering division.
He is responsible for coordinating, directing, and producing
mechanical engineering and design projects as well as a wide
range of turn-key services to meet the challenges and increasing
needs of the manufacturing and processing industries. In addition,
Mr. Knoop manages the umbrella organization under which all
divisions of Demar operate and succeed. |
Jim Spence,
Sr. Project Manager/Engineering Design Manager |

Mr.
Spence has over 35 years of experience in the Engineering industry
with a solid background of Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Offshore,
TLWP's, FPSO's and Onshore facilities. His international experience
includes more than 25 overseas assignments for design, construction,
project and site management. His project management skills add
the personal touch for total client satisfaction. Mr. Spence's
responsibilities also involve managing and directing design
efforts for the Engineering Design group.

Cliff Wolf, Process Engineer/Project Manager |

Mr.
Wolf is a chemical engineer with a solid background in plant
management, project engineering, and process engineering in
the food grade salt, potash, and other inorganic chemicals and
minerals industries. With over 35 years of experience, Mr. Wolf
continues to contribute his knowledge and expertise to the clients
of Demar, while constantly maintaining the high standards of
quality, reliability and value for which Demar is known. |
